- our student teacher, Miss Blanton, came to our classroom today. She will be with us until May 11! (:
- we did our math centers.
- we took our spelling test today (a day early).
- we worked on a math worksheet and wrote the number sentence that matched the math story.
- we watched a Brain Pop Jr. video on U.S. symbols and took a quiz using our clickers.
- we moved our book boxes so Miss Blanton could have a desk.
- we started new literacy centers today, and we have new center buddies.
- we learned about the main idea and identified the main idea in the story There's an Alligator Under My Bed.
- Lizzy and Grace were our special readers today.
One more day until spring break! Tomorrow is a half day. The students are dismissed at 11:50. We will not be serving lunch.
